    It's about character and compassion – a lifetime … a lifestyle of giving and caring.     In 2005 after the devastating tragedy of Hurricane Katrina Governor Romney called on Reverend Jeffrey Brown and to help refugees pick up the pieces of their lives in Massachusetts.
